Sauti Sol Now Rub Shoulders With Obama’s Top Brass (Photos)

 

Music has taken Sauti Sol to far greater height than they could possibly have imagined. The quartet is not only mingling with top celebrities around the world but also with top political figures.

Late October last year, Sauti Sol became the first bunch of Kenyan musicians to perform for a head of state at a private function. They performed and freely mingled with president Uhuru during his birthday party in State House.

As if that is not enough, Yesterday, Sauti Sol met Obama’s top brass in the country, Ambassador Bob Godec . The US Ambassador couldn’t let Sauti Sol go without a performance; Sauti Sol was forced to throw an impromptu performance at the US Embassy.
